Simon Rawlinson is Vice President and Private Wealth Advisor II for The Private Bank. Prior to joining Union Bank, he served high-net-worth clients as a wealth strategist at Northern Trust, and previously was a business consultant for the restaurant and hospitality industry for 12 years. Simon earned his Bachelor in Speech Communication degree from Syracuse University in New York and completed business studies through SU Abroad/London School of Economics, England. He earned a Master of Advanced Financial Planning degree from Golden Gate University. In addition, he is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and a CERTIFIED WEALTH STRATEGIST®, and holds a Series 7 and 66 securities licenses, as well as a California Life Insurance License.Simon is past president and currently serves on the board of directors of the Estate Planning Council of San Gabriel Valley in Pasadena. He is also involved in civic and community engagements, including being a member of the local Financial Planning Association®. Simon is a motorcycle enthusiast, hiker, and soccer fan. He and his wife completed the historic restoration of a 110-year-old Craftsman Bungalow in Pasadena.
